5. The Venue

Accommodation:

The venue is: Triumph Plaza Hotel, El Khalifa El Maamoun , Heliopolis, Cairo, https://triumphhotel.com/plaza-home/for holding the conference and Exhibition.
Triumph Plaza Hotel is near to down town, close to Cairo Airport and Nile Corniche for about 25 minutes. Distance to museums and touristic destinations in Islamic Cairo and Pyramids plateau and New Administrative Capital is 30 – 40 minutes.

The single room rent is around 100 US Dollar bed , breakfast and Airport lift.
There is near also Sonesta Hotel, Tower & Casino – Cairo, is 10 minutes near but is more expensive,

Also Triumph Luxury on the Ring Road, 15 minutes and more expensive but you still can book through the email mentioned above, the hotel is the same administration, it has transportation between the two sites. https://triumphhotel.com/luxury-home/

Symposium:

Triumph Plaza Hotel has 7 session rooms, 2 big event/conference hall and 2 halls for exhibition.
Each session room accommodates 45 participants on a theater setting.
The main big hall takes 500 participants on theater setting and it will be used for inauguration opening ceremony. The second one and can be divided into 2 wide session rooms. The total number of session available rooms will be minimum 9.

Cocktail reception and Gala dinner:

The above 2 halls and big restaurant will be used for the cocktail reception gala dinner.
