5. The Venue – IGUEGYPT2025

Accommodation:

· The prefered venue is https://triumphhotel.com/luxury-home/ for helding the conference. It is located on New Cairo Ring Road, nearby Cairo Airport, 25 minutes, downtown, Nile, museums and touristic distinations 30 minutes, New Administrative Capital 35 minutes.

· Expected 2025 prices for 1 person in double bed room 455 €, 4 nights 5 days. And in 18 minutes from the conference in Triumph hotel luxury, fees gets lower to 310 € in Heliopolis Triumph Plaza Hotel . And in 10 minutes to Jewel Sport City and Aqua Park, Cairo ; (285 €, 4 nights 5 days). And 225 € in 7 minutes distance in Cairo Arabella Residence.

· Triumph has 12 session rooms, big event/conference hall and other 2 halls could be devided into 4 for sessions and/or exhipition. In case additional commissions participate there will be sufficent space.

Symposium:

· This Triumph luxury hotel has 12 session rooms. Each room accommodates 60 people on a theater setting.

The hotel also has one big hall which takes 1100 persons in theater setting and it can be used for inauguration opening ceremony and can be divided easily and quickly into 4 wide session rooms with very proper sound side isolation. The total number of session available rooms will be minimum 16.

This is useful in case that some other commissions decided later to participate after the new chairs of commissions and steering committees will take over office.

Cocktail reception:

· The hotel has an open garden that can be used for the cocktail reception.

Gala dinner:

· The hotel is also located near to mall 5, a western style pubs and bars, and near to the Turkish first Czn Chef Burak Restaurant that can be used for gala dinner.

Exhibition is still under question:

· The hotel also has 2 wide gallery halls and front foyer. Both of these 2 halls can be used for sessions as they both can be divided into 2 parts; instead, they both or one of them can be used with the front foyer for setting the exhibition.

· We negotiated with “——————–” an Egyptian consortium who is agent for foreign companies working on geographic and land related devices, systems and digital technology to work with us for inviting similar business, institutes, associations and Egyptian governmental bodies, to arrange an exhibition on Earth information technology, and book fair in parallel to the symposium days.

· We also asked this consortium its technical support on the local level in organizing the conference, and on redesigning the joint website and on inviting sponsors.
